Starting January 16th 2009, the starting fare for cargo-transportation vehicles in Shanghai will be reduced by 2 RMB. The fare for the 0.6-ton and 0.9-ton vehicle will be reduced from 22 RMB to 20 and 27 to 25 RMB respectively.
