SriLankan Airlines Launches Direct Flight to Beijing

SriLankan Airlines officially opened a new, direct flight path between Beijing and Colombo on March 31. Flights operate four times weekly, with departures on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

The flights – which are operated by A330-200 airplanes – will depart from Beijing at 0:52 and land in Colombo at 5:50.

The airliner has simultaneously launched a direct route between Shanghai and Colombo, which also operates four flights weekly.
