Solar Eclipse Visible in Jinan
Jan 07, 2010 By eChinacities.com

The annular solar eclipse on Jan. 15th will come into China from the China-Burmese border, and pass through areas in Yunnan and Sichuan before entering into Shandong. The eclipse will only be visible from a few areas in China. People in Jinan will have a chance to observe it. The whole process will last for more than two hours from 15:20 to 18:00. The last annular eclipse happened in 1987 and people probably have to wait another 3043 years to see the next one.
