Summer is coming and what better way to celebrate than with beer, music and chili?
The Shuangjing Block party will feature Beijing’s finest local brewers, restaurants and bakers, providing a variety of drinks, snacks and barbeque, while kids can enjoy bouncy castles and face painting.
The best news is that entrance is free and it’s all for a worthy cause: environmental charity, Roots and Shoots.
The centre piece of the event, the Great Chili Cook Off will allow attendees to sample the contestants’ efforts as they battle it out to be crowned Beijing’s Chili Champion.
