The 2011 3rd Shijiazhuang Shopping Festival is set to kick off on September 15th. The opening ceremony will be held at Hongxingmeikailong Fangbei Shopping Mall. During the 24-day festival, many promotional activities will be displayed at large shopping malls, supermarkets, shopping streets and appliance stores.
