The owner of the debt-ridden Minsk World Military Theme Park in Shenzhen, Shenzhen Citic Minsk Investment Company, Ltd., is looking to sell 100% of its share of the park. The price tag? Around ten million RMB.
The bulletin announcing the sale showed that as of the end of 2009, total balance of assets for the Minsk World Park totaled 109.63 million RMB; the park's total accounts payable, on the other hand, had reached 135.1 million RMB – leaving its shareholders 25.46 million RMB in liabilities.
