The 2012 Shenyang International Beer Festival will take over Zhongxing Culture Square in Shenyang’s Tiexi District from August 23 to September 3. Spread over 30,000 square meters and featuring a main stage, a beer and food tent, a recreation and games area, an exhibition area of eight cities and a souvenirs zone, visitors will be able to enjoy delicious import beers from Belgium, Germany, Korea and tens of other international beer companies. Each day will be a different city’s theme, and a range of live performances will take place each evening at 19:00. Another highlight of the festival is the opening ceremony on the 24th, which will be a collaboration between China and Korea and will include a number of performances by famous Korean artists. Meanwhile, a range of delicious foods from Korea, Singapore and Taiwan will be available for purchasing throughout the festival.
