On Dec. 25th, 2008, Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway (Xinzong Section) began widening; the first stage will be from Dec. 25th, 2008 to Apr. 30th, 2009. During this period, Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway (Dagang-Xinzhuang Section) will be under transportation control.
