Shanghai Expo Theme Pavilion Breaks Three World Records

The construction of the main building of the Shanghai Expo Theme Pavilion has been completed after 688 days of work, making it a permanent architectural fixture in Shanghai. The Theme Pavilion, located at Area B of the World Expo site, is the core pavilion, expressing the theme “Better City, Better Life”. The Pavilion has broken three world records: the world’s biggest 2.8 Mega-Watt solar roof, the world’s largest ecological green wall at 5000 square meters, and the building’s west hall with the largest two-way span.
