Shanghai Air Pollution Worst in China Yesterday

After being enveloped by dust on May 1st, Shanghai’s air pollution continued to worsen on May 2nd as the density of inhalable dust particles continued to increase. The city’s air quality reached level 5, the highest value on the Air Pollution Index (API); hence making Shanghai the most seriously polluted city in China yesterday.
