In what should be a "passionate and seductive" set of performances, Roni Benise will be bringing his Spanish guitar musings to the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Guangzhou on December 22-23rd. Born in Nebraska, Benise has received much praise for his unique fusion of world music, including strong Latin American influences and African tribal drums. In 2006, Benise worked on "Nights of Fire!" with the Public Broadcasting Service (a TV channel in the US), for which he won an Emmy Award.
