Roads Throughout Harbin Collapse During Mid-August, Killing 2

According to widespread reports, road surfaces throughout Harbin collapsed from August 9-17. During this eight-day period, seven different incidents were reported, resulting in two deaths and two injuries so far. Five of the seven incidents occurred in Harbin’s Nangang District. The cause of these incidents is still unknown.
