The 2010 Taiyuan International Marathon to be held on August 5th officially closed all registrations at 12:00 on August 28th. According to the organizing committee, 2,058 athletes had registered to participate in the event - including 21 professional athletes from abroad and 50 or so Chinese professional athletes.
The first 2010 Taiyuan International Marathon will held in Taiyuan city on September 5th. There are five events, including men and women full marathons, men and women half marathons and a mini healthy marathon.
