A real-name registration system for buying kitchen knives, big fruit knives, craft knives and other “dangerous” tools will be implemented in Shenzhen during the Universiade from July 1st to August 31st. Those who violate the rules will face a fine of 5,000 RMB. In addition, people are not allowed to take knives to public places or they will be fined.
