Recently, local media sources began reporting that the Hangzhou Venus Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. has filed for bankruptcy. While not much is yet known about the specifics of this case, this is particularly concerning given the recent string of “fleeing” owners of small and medium-sized real estate companies.
