The annual Candy Ball (Tangqiu) Festival in Sifang District of Qingdao is one of the biggest celebration events in the city after the festivities have passed for the Lantern Festival. The Candy Ball Festival will run from March 1st to March 7th. Festivities are being held at the Tangqiu Square (between Jiahe and Zunhua Lu). Folk dance and performance are also another highlight to watch out for during the 7-day long celebrations.
