Qingdao Taxis Must Give Receipts or Face 1,000 RMB Fine

According to stipulations by the management of taxi operations in Qingdao, cab drivers are required to give customers receipts for their fares – if not, they can face fines of up to 1,000 RMB. According to Qingdao Morning News and the municipal transportation management bureau, there have been three cab drivers who failed to give their customers receipts for their fares and were subsequently fined 1,000 RMB for the infraction.
