Qingdao’s annual Spring Festival temple fair, which is traditionally called the Radish Festival, will kick off on Feb. 22 and last until the Lantern Festival on Feb. 28. Celebrations and activities will be presented at the Culture Street and a number of other venues in Shibei District.
Feb. 22: The opening day, shows including radish sculpture and traditional folk costumes will be staged at the Culture Street
Feb. 23: The day of the gourmets, inviting visitors to the Culture Street
Feb. 24: Folk acrobatics and Peking Opera will be staged at the Culture Street
Feb. 26: Culture relics and Chinese handcrafts will be on display on the Culture Street
Feb. 28: Lantern Festival will be celebrated at Tianmu City, featuring lantern riddles and other activities.
