Qingdao Tourism Bureau of Shinan District recently introduced the 2011 Qingdao Travel Card: from now until December 31st, Qingdao locals only need 20 RMB to apply for the Red Travel Card, which then gives them access to discounted tickets for tourist attractions. Moreover, tourists can buy the Green Travel Card at a price of 168 RMB in order to visit 12 joint attractions for free during the summer high season as well as to get over 1000 RMB in consumer vouchers.
