As part of the First Qingdao Grand Theater Festival, special performances will be held at the Qingdao Grand Theater on November 26-27th; specifically, two days of "large-scale global-taste music and dance shows", which are said to meet the highest national performance standards. The special performances will be done by the East China Performing Arts Group, which is composed of former members of the Eastern Song and Dance troupe, China Song and Dance troupe and Eastern Folk Music Orchestra. The creative team behind these performances incorporated elements of many global dance styles, including Arabian, Irish and Korean dancing routines. Tickets are hard to come by – picking them up directly at the Qingdao Grand Theater is encouraged.
