Each year around summer, throngs of visitors swarm into the Beer Street on Dengzhou Road in Qingdao to savour the famous Qingdao Beer. Therefore, to keep the traffic around Beer Street safe and smooth, Qingdao traffic police department decided to enforce traffic control on this section of the street between 18:00 and 23:00 from June 1 to October 31. Private cars are not allowed to drive in and park inside, and even public transportation is required to make a detour.
