Passengers Will be Able to Relocate Lost Goods on Beijing Subway Website
Jun 18, 2013 By eChinacities.com

This year, the official website of the Beijing Subway (http://www.bjsubway.com/) is being revamped; with one feature allowing passengers to enquire online should they lose items in subway stations.

There will be a specific section of the website that allows passengers to see if their lost items have been recorded. At every station, employees will record each lost item that is found that will be displayed on the website at regular intervals. Passengers can search certain keywords to see if they can find the item they have lost.

Also, there is a hotline (010 6834 5678) which can be called regarding lost items on the subway.
