An exhibition featuring the works of Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dali will be held at Guangzhou Museum of Art from September 12 to November 24.
Dali and Picasso are of course two of the greatest artists from the 20th century. While Dali was both a painter and sculpture, his surrealist paintings displayed unusual technical difficulty and imagination. Meanwhile Pablo Picasso, who like Dali produced paintings and sculptures, is hailed as a co-founder of cubism, and his paintings and sculptures impacted the development of modern and contemporary art with unparalleled magnitude.
The Guangzhou Museum of Art has not announced which works will be displayed but check their website for updates.
