Shanghai has just received its most serious attack of air pollution this year. Within the span of 5 days, a severe pollution alert was issued twice. Today at 13:00, levels of PM 2.5 continued to rise in Shanghai with the average index measured at 602.5; meanwhile, levels of PM 10 were measured to be 671.0 with the highest measurement taken from the Putuo measuring station with levels as high as 726.0. With all conditions and standards exceeding those required for a condition red status, netizens are crying out that they don’t dare to breathe anymore.

It is just the fact that chinese goverment doesnt care at all since there are so many people in china. It is like chinese population control policy. That is the price that americans and others can use cheap electronics and other products.
