According to the Xiamen Sports Bureau, over 55,800 people had registered for the 2012 Xiamen International Marathon as of December 2nd. There were 16,272 online registrations, 1,788 onsite registrations and 37,744 group registrations. Of these, 13,920 people (11,995 male and 1,925 female) registered for the full marathon, 16,900 people registered for the half marathon, 10,594 people registered for the 10 km marathon and 14,390 people registered for the 5 km marathon.
The 10th Xiamen International Marathon will be held on January 7th, 2012.
