Online Survey Suggests Migrant Workers Unsatisfied
Feb 22, 2013 By eChinacities.com

A recent online recruitment survey asking 13,578 migrant workers about their jobs revealed that 26.6% of those asked would not be returning to their city of work after the Spring Festival holiday. Meanwhile, 51.7% stated that they didn’t want to return to their original jobs (implying that they’ll probably return, but are not looking forward to it), with reasons being low wages, lack of promotion prospects, wanting a change of scene, and not getting on well with their boss and colleagues.
