Located to the north of the Xingcheng main section, construction of the north wing of the Ningbo International Commercial Services Center has recently been completed and the center is scheduled to start operations by the latter half of this year. The center/plaza consists of 8 buildings in all and will be home to over 30 different banks and financial institutions once completed.
