Ningbo Culture Square began offering the first free public Wi-Fi available in the city on August 17. People can access the Wi-Fi network using their smartphones, laptops, tablets and other devices in and around the square by simply joining the network, loading their web browser, submitting their phone number and then entering a dynamic verification code received via text message on the website.
Getting there: take bus No. 27, 371, 389, 390, 393 to Zhenhai District Government (镇海区政府站)
