At 02:00 on the morning of May 8th, the famed night market on Zhongshan Middle Road was shut to allow vehicles to pass through. Situated in the transportation artery of Guilin, the night market has been affecting the smooth and efficient movement of traffic. As a result, Guilin Government decided to close the market at its current location and relocate it to the Jiaotong Road area.
