Starting on September 1st, Nanning will put into effect the "Nanning Catering Environment Management Measures" regulation. Under the new regulation, restaurants are prohibited from playing loud music or other loud noise from 22:00 to 06:00 the next day, as it affects the surrounding residents’ normal rest schedule. If found in violation of this regulation, the environmental protection administrative department will order the offender to amend the situation; if they fail to do so, they will be fined 200 RMB.
