As of this date, China Southern Airlines shall provide free service related to/concerning ticket reissues and luggage delivery for passengers with tickets of over 60% discount who are and are only required to refund the balance, or difference between the original purchase price and costs of the final routing. All of which is expected to save as least a full half the original time a passenger used to spend on the same transaction, said officials of China Southern Airlines.
