A luxury cruise from Three Gorges Dam to the man-made vista “Gaoxiapinghu” in the Shennongjia Scenic Area (神农架景区) officially opened on April 15th. This cruise is the first time that these two National 5A Scenic Spots in Hubei Province have been linked by waterway. Tourists on the cruise will be able to tour the man-made vistas of Gaoxiapinghu (高峡平湖), enjoy the three Gorges scenery, visit Zhanjun village (昭君故里) and explore the mysterious Shennongjia all in the same trip. The trip is organised by the Three Gorges Dam International Travel Agency (大三峡国际旅行社); the Chinese name of the cruise is “三峡大坝开通至神农架豪华游船”.
