On April 10th, the fuel surcharge for Nanning taxis increased from 2 RMB to 3 RMB. Customers only pay for the fuel surcharge when the fare is more than the starting price. If customers encounter taxi drivers overcharging, they can call 12358 to lodge a complaint.
