Nanjing to Construct Three New Subways this Year

According to the Nanjing 2011 Urban Construction Mobilization meeting held on January 7, Nanjing metro Line 10, Line 12 and a line to the airport will be constructed this year. The first-phase of Line 4 may also start construction. Nanjing subway Line 10 will be 14.4 km with eight stops, departing from Olympic Center station to Chengxilu station. The airport line will be 33.6km with eight stops, starting from Nanjing South station hub to Lukou airport. Line 12 will depart from Nanjing South station to Huangli station in Qiaolin new city, 37 km long with 17 stops.
