Nanchang to Increase New-Energy Vehicles to 1,000 Next Year

As one of the 13 model cities for energy-saving and new-energy vehicles, Nanchang has made great efforts since 2009 to promote energy-saving and emission reduction in its public transportation sector. Currently, 130 new-energy buses and 200 new-energy taxis have been put into use, and Nanchang plans to increase the number of new-energy vehicles to 1,000 in 2012.
