Mothers Across the Country Had C-Sections to Coincide with School Enrollment

Women across the country opted for Ceasarian sections at the end of August to ensure that their children were born before the school enrollment cut off on September 1. This way their children will go to school a year earlier than if they were born after the deadline.

According to the South China Morning Post, one woman even requested a premature C-section a week early.

A 60 percent rise in C-sections was reported throughout Shenzhen hospitals in the last week of August with staff describing the operating theatre as a ‘battleground’.

Really what a bunch of stupid b**ches! Probably one retarded mother had the idea, then the rest followed. Just the way things happen in China, most people here can't make their own decisions.
