Choreographer Matthew Bourne will be bringing his new production of Swan Lake to the Shanghai Culture Square September 25- October 5. His production is a reworking of the Tchaikovsky classic, with a unique twist; the traditional female corps de ballet with a male ensemble bringing a fresh and exciting energy to the beloved tale.
Matthew Bourne’s production has been the longest running ballet on both Broadway and London’s West End since its debut in Sadler’s Wells in 1995.
