A group of Beijing commuters celebrated the worldwide annual No Pants Subway Ride earlier this week. The underwear-clad riders wore sunglasses and air pollution masks to hide their identities.

The No Pants Subway Ride, was started in the United States by New York based group Improv Everywhere. It happens every year in January, and has picked up steam globally and spread to a number of countries.

The underwear clad Beijingers attracted a lot of attention of their ride, especially since it was negative seven degrees on the day of the stunt!
