27 year old Xu Zhengguo completed an unorthodox journey home for Spring Festival by transferring buses 35 times, spending a total of over 140 RMB. Heading from Hangzhou to Linyi in Shandong, Xu covered a distance of over 660 km, and took seven days to finally get home. On the way, Xu slept in cheap hostels and lived off fast food, spending a total of just over 400 RMB. Many Chinese netizens have saluted his bravery and endurance.
