Man Throws Million RMB in Cash at Police Officers in Rage Over Parking Violation

Man Throws Million RMB in Cash at Police Officers in Rage Over Parking Violation
Jan 12, 2015 By eChinacities.com

A man caught police by surprise when he dumped two carrier bags full of cash at the front desk of a police booth. The bags contained around 1 million RMB and he took them to the police station after he was given a ticket for illegally parking.

According to police witnesses, the man was ticketed for illegally parking his BMW. He turned up at the local police booth and tried to argue against the ticket. Police were having none of it and insisted that he pay the fine.

He then stormed off and in what was presumably a fit of insanity, came back to the booth and threw two carrier bags stuffed full of cash at the police before leaving. The police didn’t know what to do and so just called him up and told him to come back and get it, which he did, an hour later.

This wasn’t the first time that he had been fined for illegal parking and police reminded him that he still had to accept the parking ticket and literally throwing bags of money at a problem doesn’t necessarily make it go away.

They should have charged him with littering too. Confiscate the money pending an audit of his finances.

He and his family should be investigated to know the origin of this money. There's no way mental people can make that much money on their own. From what I heard a few times, such rich & mental people are usually the offspring of filthy rich and corrupted parents...mostly high-rank officials.

Idiot rich guy: I shouldn't have to pay, I'm important ! Police: um, yeah you need to pay your fine, you aren't THAT important yet that you can disregard parking laws. Idiot rich guy: But I have lot's of money dammit, I'm important!!!! Why does nobody acknowledge how important I am !!!!!! My mother said I'm special and clever and now I'm important too. Police: well no, not really.... Idiot rich guy: see, here's all my money ! I'm rich, now will you admit I'm important and special?

The problem is that the consequences are not strong enough! The fines are to small and many people have a lot of money. If someone has a gun they are facing serious jail time and maybe death they can't buy their way out, thus, China doesn't have a gun problem. If you did the same for other bad behaviours they would cease over night.

Arrogant, selfish fool. Thinks he can park wherever he wants because he has money. That's the attitude of Chinese these days. Probably another peasant with money.
