Canadian singing/songwriting sensation Mac DeMarco will be stopping in Beijing on his Asia tour on November 29. The current sensation in the indie rock world and a hero to hipsters everywhere, DeMarco plays an ecletic mix of music that is hard to pigeonhole on the genre chart.
The unpredictable and enigmatic former front man of Makeout Videotape will be performing his alternative-style music at Mao Livehouse in Gulou at the end of the month. DeMarco has gathered quite the following and will conclude in China with this show and one in Shanghai the next day.
This is sure to be one of the better shows available to Beijingers this winter.
