From June 10th to 13th, the 2011 China Qinghai Green Economic Investment and Trade Conference (Lilac & Tulip Festival) will be held at Xining Chengnan New District Exhibition Center. Organized by Xining city government, this year’s conference will be centered on the theme of cooperation and green development. Besides, many other events will be held at the same time, such as the first community art festival and flower expo in order to attract more attention from investors and local residents.
