Kunming Changshui International Airport has been operational since June 28, 2012. All airlines that were once operational at Wujiabei International Airport have now moved to Changshui or are no longer operational. Kunming’s Changshui International Airport is situated in Kunming’s Guangdu District near Changshui village, which is in the Northeast of Kunming. The airport itself is 24.5 km away from the city center.
Bus line 903 goes directly to Changshui International Airport. There are no ticket attendants and the trip is 3 RMB. Stops along this line include: East Station, Changhong Intersection, Dabanqiao Village, Dabanqiao Horticultural Farm, The Drug Addiction Treatment Center, the Women’s Prison, Changshui International Airport Work Area and Kunming Changshui International Airport
