Jinan will start building a spring water bathing facility as early as this month, and it is expected that construction of the venue will be completed and ready for public use sometime in October. Once completed, Jinan residents will be able to use the fitness and bathing facility free of charge and get a true feel for why their city is nicknamed “City of Springs”.
