American jazz pianist Robert Verastegui and trumpeter Li Xiaochuan will perform at the JZ Club (黄楼爵士俱乐部) in Hangzhou on July 25. In the spring of 2009 and 2010, Verastegui won third and second place respectively in the Philips Jazz Piano Competition. Li Xiaochuan has been named by American Downbeat magazine as one of the leading figures of the jazz music scene. Both are members of the jazz band UNT One O’clock.
