Japanese Puppets on Display in Chongqing

A Japanese Puppet Exhibition started on January 11th at the Three Gorges Museum in Chongqing and will last for 42 days. Admission is free.

Puppets appeared in Japan in BC 3000. As a substitute for God, the puppet was used for worship and divination. The puppets are handmade with delicate craft.
