On March 7 at 08:20 a young woman travelling on the Shanghai metro line 2 went through an awful experience. When she suddenly felt a disturbance behind her she discovered that a man, later found to be a Japanese national, was taking a video up her skirt.
With the help of the metro attendants the man was apprehended and taken into custody. The police are still dealing with the matter.

At a guess that would have to be a pretty lame up-skirt. Maybe more of an up-thermal. Must be getting in some practice for the summer
