Intelligent Service System to Replace Humans in all of Beijing’s Parks

A digital intelligence service system is to be available in all parks in Beijing next year. This futuristic-sounding network consists of three sections: advisory services, ticketing assistance and video information. If visitors need human services, they can contact staff via video calls by touching the screen. The system is said to be operated in 8 languages. The plan does not specify whether any living staff will actually be on site in parks anymore. Is this the beginning of the end for human park staff?
