An ice lantern festival kicked off in Daqing’s Laojieji Park on Jan.25 and will last until after Feb.28, the Lantern Festival on Lunar Calendar. The festival features 8 special zones including traditional festivities, cultural events and amusement. Admission is free for the festival, as well as the Folk Custom Museum and the teen center in the park.
