The Hong Kong Cheerful Society confirm that the Changsha Branch of the China Minsheng Bank are co-producing a venture called “The Citygate Shopping Mall/Minsheng Bank Discount Brand Development – Destination: Changsha.” This activity will take place from Dec 24th, 2010 until Jan 3rd, 2011 on the fourth floor of the Helong Sports Center in Changsha. Those who are inclined to spend the least amount of money possible are still able to purchase products from the world’s top name brands. A new trend of high-end shopping will explode in Changsha.
